Employment & Human Rights Lawyer

Yusuf is a client-centred employment and human rights lawyer who particularly enjoys working with clients to help resolve challenging disputes.

Yusuf has a strong background in advocacy and litigation. Prior to starting his own practice, Yusuf worked as an associate with one of the countries most prominent employment law firms, where he practiced human rights, labour and employment law. Yusuf gained valuable experience working under the mentorship of some of the countries most recognized employment lawyers, as well as working with a wide range of corporate and individual clients.

During his time at Osgoode Hall Law School, he participated in the year-long anti-discrimination intensive, during which he worked at the Human Rights Legal Support Centre. During this time, Yusuf regularly appeared before the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal where he gained advocacy and litigation skills. As an articling student at the Ministry of the Attorney General, Crown Law Office – Civil, he further developed his litigation skills when representing various Ministry clients.

In his spare time, you can find Yusuf either on the basketball court, ball hockey floor or the golf course.
